Companion Animal Placement Assistance (CAPA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

CAPA is fully funded through donations and grants. Your tax-deductible gift to CAPA is important to the needs of the animals at the Lompoc shelter.

Drop off your donations in the bin at the Lompoc Animal Shelter at 1501 West Central Avenue

• New or gently used dog collars and leashes 
• Peanut butter (dog safe - no xylitol) 
• Toys for dogs, cats, and rabbits 
• Small pet beds 
• Kongs – large and extra-large sizes 
• Soft dog treats 
• Cat scratchers for inside of cages 
• Cat treats for socializing and enrichment

Picking up pet food at the store? Grab an extra bag, box, or can and drop it off in the bin at the Lompoc shelter for our Pet Resource Center.
